A transport company in Zuid-Holland is looking for an Accounts Payable Officer. You own the creditor administration: you receive, check and book purchase invoices, and make sure suppliers are paid on time and correctly. You work closely with the finance team and with colleagues who place orders, so accuracy and clear communication matter. What you will do: - Process purchase invoices, from receipt to booking and payment - Match invoices against orders and delivery data and resolve differences - Prepare payment runs and answer supplier questions - Reconcile creditor accounts and support the month-end close - Help improve the invoice process and keep the administration tidy What you bring: - Experience in accounts payable or a comparable finance administration role - Vocational or higher education in finance or accounting - Good knowledge of Excel and an accounting package - A precise, structured way of working and a hands-on attitude - Fluent Dutch, workable English What you get: - A permanent role in a finance team at an established company - A monthly salary that fits your experience, with good secondary benefits - A varied job in a sector where every day is different - Room to grow within finance
