A digital agency in Noord-Brabant is hiring a business analyst with product owner skills. You map what clients and end users need and turn it into clear work for the team. What you will do: - Map client needs and end-user behaviour through analysis and user research - Gather requirements from clients and target groups and write them down clearly - Map user flows and new functionality, and identify bottlenecks in processes and systems - Look beyond the technical work and advise on long-term digital growth - Build roadmaps, manage the story backlog and prioritise on impact - Organise demos and sprint reviews, and watch planning, progress and quality - Manage stakeholders at every level on the client side What you bring: - At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally as a business analyst with product ownership affinity - Agency experience is preferred, not required - Agile working and experience with story backlogs - A pragmatic, critical mindset and the ability to explain digital concepts simply - Excellent Dutch and good English What you get: - A permanent contract at medior level - A personal development path and an internal academy - A generous training budget
