Be the link between IT and the business, turning work processes into ERP, CRM and document management solutions.

An advisory organisation in Overijssel is hiring a Business Consultant, part-time or full-time. You are the internal link between IT and the rest of the organisation. You look at how colleagues work and what they need, and turn that into working solutions in the applications. What you will do: - Work out how users work and what they need, and create solutions for that in ERP, CRM and document management - Guide implementations and improvements with key users, suppliers and colleagues - Help with testing, share knowledge and arrange the handover to regular support - After go-live, spot bottlenecks and keep improving processes What you bring: - A completed bachelor's degree at a university of applied sciences - At least three years of relevant work experience - A feel for IT and business processes - Experience implementing ERP, CRM or document management is a plus - You enjoy working both independently and with your team What you get: - A permanent contract from day one - 4,000 to 6,000 euro gross per month at 40 hours, depending on experience - Hybrid working and flexible hours - Pension and room for training - Support from Pearson & Partners, from the first conversation through to your offer
