An IT services firm in Flevoland is hiring a Business Developer. The company deploys IT specialists at clients, in areas including software development and data. You bring in new clients and assignments, and you stay in touch with both the client and the specialist yourself. What you will do: - Approach companies that need IT specialists and start the conversation - Ask clients what problem they have and which specialist would fit - Match specialists to assignments and close the agreement with the client - Stay in touch with existing clients and win new assignments from them - Keep track of running clients and assignments and of what still needs doing What you bring: - Experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT - You pick up the phone easily and take the initiative - You know enough about IT to hold your own in a conversation about software development or data - You make clear agreements and keep them What you get: - Plenty of room to build your own client base - We discuss salary and terms in the first conversation - Support from Pearson & Partners, from the first conversation through to your offer
