An insurer in Noord-Brabant needs a claims handler for car insurance. You are the first contact for members with car damage. Training and guidance from experienced colleagues take you from newcomer to expert. Claims experience is a plus, not a requirement. What you will do: - Be the first point of contact for members with car damage, with calm, clarity and personal attention - Handle claim files carefully, so members quickly know where they stand - Carry out administrative claims work and speak with customers by phone - Follow the in-house training: first the car insurance product, then phone and writing skills What you bring: - At least vocational (mbo) level of work and thinking - Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel - Stress-resistant, enthusiastic and customer-focused - Excellent spoken and written Dutch - Experience as a claims handler is a plus - The Wft Basis and Wft Schade Particulier diplomas are legally required; if you do not have them yet, you earn them during the training What you get: - 24 to 40 hours per week, 40 hours preferred - Free training for the required Wft diplomas - 24 holiday days, with the option to buy more - Two bonuses per year - A personal growth plan and regular team events
