Support teams on Azure DevOps and release tooling at a public sector organisation in Noord-Holland.

A public sector organisation in Noord-Holland is moving towards DevOps and needs a technical functional administrator. You join a small team that looks after release and deployment tooling. The focus is on supporting and improving, not on building from scratch. You first learn the existing environment, so you can help maintain it later. What you will do: - Act as first point of contact for colleagues who use Azure DevOps and related tooling. - Help manage and standardise the Azure DevOps environment, and support teams with tooling and ways of working. - Help set up clear agreements and standards, and share knowledge between teams. - Spot improvements and help put them in place. - Support updates and coordinate with IT colleagues and suppliers. - Help manage Jira and Confluence, with room to grow in that area. What you bring: - A bachelor's degree, preferably in IT or a related field. - In-depth knowledge of Azure DevOps and how to set it up. - Experience in an IT support role, such as functional management or service desk. - Jira, Confluence and Agile or Scrum experience are a plus. - A clear, collaborative way of communicating.
