Finance Accountant at a real estate management company in Hoofddorp. You keep the books for several entities and deliver the monthly and annual figures.
What you will do:
- Process the daily entries: purchases, sales, bank and journal.
- Run the month close, including accruals and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare the VAT returns and check the reconciliations.
- Prepare the annual accounts and act as the contact for the external auditor.
- Report to management on results and cash flows.
- Improve processes and the setup of the finance system.
What you bring:
- At least three years of experience as an accountant or assistant controller.
- A completed bachelor degree in accountancy or business economics.
- Experience with real estate administration is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Excel and a modern accounting package.
- Accurate, independent and communicative.
- Good Dutch and English.
