A national occupational health services provider is hiring a finance controller for its shared service centre finance. You run the financial administration end to end and have a direct hand in professionalising the finance function. The role is independent and carries real responsibility. What you will do: - Run the financial administration and deliver a timely monthly close. - Prepare, analyse and review balance sheet files. - Lead and carry out intercompany consolidations. - Spot discrepancies and improvement points, and propose practical fixes. - Work with operations on financial questions and visit locations now and then. - Support accounting across the group and act as sounding board for colleagues. What you bring: - Bachelor's or master's level and at least 4 years of relevant experience. - A background in accounting, audit, compilation work or in-house accounting. - Experience with balance sheet files. - A hands-on, accurate and analytical way of working. - A plus: experience with Exact or a similar accounting package.
