An IT consultancy in North Holland is strengthening its public sector practice with a functional application manager. You work as a consultant at municipalities and public organisations, with a focus on the social domain: social support, youth care and participation. You join a group of specialists who share knowledge in expertise teams. What you will do: - Map the needs of the business and align IT services with them. - Determine the impact of changes and propose improvements. - Keep applications available and documentation up to date. - Handle incidents, problems and changes. - Manage authorisations. What you bring: - A bachelor's or master's degree. - At least 5 years of functional application management at a minimum of 2 municipalities or public organisations. - At least 5 years of experience with software suites for the social domain, a case management system or an HR package. - Knowledge of Agile, BiSL and Itil. - Preferably experience with SQL and PL/SQL scripts and with management information in Cognos or Power BI.
