A growing company in the province of Utrecht is hiring a Head of Finance. You carry final responsibility for the finance function and act as a sounding board for the management team on every major decision. What you will do: - Lead the financial administration, month-end close and annual accounts - Prepare budgets, forecasts and management reports - Monitor cash flow and financing - Improve processes and systems so finance keeps pace with the business - Manage relationships with the auditor, the bank and tax advisers - Lead and develop the finance team What you bring: - A bachelor's or master's degree in finance or business economics - Several years of experience in a leading finance role - Experience in a growing organisation - An eye for the big picture as well as the details - Fluent Dutch and good English What you get: - A key role close to the management team - Room to shape the finance function further - A competitive salary and good benefits
