A technical research organisation in central Netherlands needs an ICT & Security team leader. You lead the team and are responsible for ICT and security across several sites. The work covers physical security, information security and cybersecurity, aligned with ISO 27001. What you will do: - Lead, coach and develop the team - Develop and carry out the ICT and security vision and strategy - Align physical security, information security and IT security with ISO 27001, regulations and organisational goals - Coordinate ICT and security projects and improvement programmes, including with international partners - Set up processes for incidents, changes and risks and monitor compliance with policy - Provide local ICT support, from computers and software to network and backups, and keep measurement and control systems running 24/7 What you bring: - A relevant bachelor or master degree, for example in ICT, information management or information security - Several years of experience in ICT or information security - Experience leading and developing staff and teams - Knowledge of ICT infrastructure, modern workplaces and measurement and control systems - Affinity with cybersecurity and privacy, and knowledge of relevant laws and frameworks - Good Dutch and English What you get: - A full-time role on site, with flexibility for support in the test environment - 45 leave and ATV days for full-time employment - An 8% year-end bonus - A training budget, a mentor and internal coaches - Freedom and personal responsibility in a high-tech environment
