Coach an installation team that connects technology at care locations, hybrid in Zuid-Holland.

A healthcare technology company in Zuid-Holland is hiring a team lead for its installation team. The team connects and maintains technology at care locations, and the organisation is growing fast. What you will do: - Coach the installers, one by one and as a team - Be the point of contact for other teams on exceptions, questions, requests and problems - Define problems, solve them and keep improving the installation process - Keep structure and overview, so delivery is always possible - Travel to care locations in the Netherlands to connect, scale up or service solutions, and once or twice a month to Belgium and Germany What you bring: - A hands-on, service-minded approach - Ability to give and receive feedback - Overview, curiosity and clear communication - Fluent Dutch and English, German is a plus - Driving licence B What you get: - 32 to 40 hours a week, depending on your preference - Travel cost reimbursement and a pension scheme - 30 holiday days, public holidays included - Room for your own ideas and choice in the projects you work on - Hybrid working Internal and external candidates are both welcome.
