A fast-growing IT audit and cybersecurity firm in Zuid-Holland needs an IT risk manager. You help clients keep IT risk under control. The role combines audit work with project leadership and coaching colleagues. You get a lot of freedom and responsibility. What you will do: - Carry out complex IT audits, risk analyses and privacy and compliance projects, alone or in a team - Analyse vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes and report clearly to management and stakeholders - Maintain client relationships and structure your own projects, including planning and budget - Help implement IT standards frameworks - Guide and coach team members and contribute ideas on the future of the firm What you bring: - A completed bachelor or master degree in IT, business administration or a comparable field - At least 4 years of work experience, for example as IT auditor, security officer or internal auditor - Relevant certifications or training, such as Cisa, Cissp, Cism or RE - Broad knowledge of IT security, risk management and compliance - Analytical, structured and precise, with strong communication skills What you get: - Room to grow with training, certifications and personal guidance - Partly working from home and a flexible work environment - Lease car, laptop and phone - 28 holiday days, with the option to buy extra days - Short lines of communication and a lot of autonomy
