Lead software engineer for industrial automation projects, with PLC and supervisory control experience and team leadership.

A technical services company is hiring a lead software engineer for its industrial automation department. You are responsible for all software in the projects, from design to delivery, and you build and guide the team that does it. Contact with clients is frequent. What you will do: - Own the software of automation projects from design to handover. - Keep quality, budget and planning under control. - Build up the team, guide it and keep it motivated. - Be the technical contact for clients. What you bring: - A bachelor's degree in industrial automation or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience. - Experience with PLC and supervisory control packages such as Siemens, Schneider, Rockwell or ABB. - A driving licence (category B). - Basic VCA certification. You can obtain it through the employer.
