First dedicated marketer at a fast-growing software scale-up, owning brand, content, social and events.

A fast-growing software scale-up in North Holland is hiring its first dedicated marketer. You build the marketing function from the ground up and report directly to the CMO. You work regularly from the office in Amsterdam. What you will do: - Own brand, content, social media and events - Run the full demand engine: win new customers, grow existing ones and win back dormant ones - Use AI to produce content faster while keeping the brand voice intact What you bring: - 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, a background in tech or startups is a plus - Hands-on creative experience with brand or content - You work independently and do not wait for direction - You use AI tools every day - You write natural Dutch and speak fluent English What you get: - Equity, so you own a real share of what you build - A role shortly after a recent funding round and ahead of the biggest product launch so far - A hiring process of about two weeks You touch every part of marketing, from brand to growth, so you learn fast and see your impact quickly.
