An international group of data and technology companies is hiring a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Engineer to manage and standardise its workplace environment.

A group of data and technology companies in the province of Utrecht is looking for a Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace Engineer. You manage, optimise and further develop the Microsoft 365 environment for several group companies in the Netherlands and abroad. A large part of the job is standardising and centralising workplaces and their management. What you will do: - Manage and improve the Microsoft 365 environment - Standardise and centralise workplace configuration and device management - Administer Intune, Entra ID, Teams and Exchange Online - Coordinate with the head office and with colleagues abroad - Solve incidents and advise colleagues on their workplace What you bring: - Three to six years of relevant experience (less is possible with strong motivation) - Vocational or higher education level of thinking and working - Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, Intune, Entra ID, Teams and Exchange Online - Fluent Dutch and English - A plus: Conditional Access, device management and endpoint security, PowerShell, basic Azure, MD-102 or MS-102 What you get: - An international scope across several companies - A hybrid setup: on average three days a week in the office, the rest from home - A role in which you shape the standard, not just follow it
