What you will do:
- Develop and improve the car insurance product, with a good balance between commercial opportunity and customer experience.
- Follow the market, competitors and regulation, and turn what you see into improvements and new ideas.
- Work closely with marketing, development, product management and customer service to deliver plans quickly.
What you bring:
- At least a bachelor's level of working and thinking.
- Two to five years of work experience, preferably in insurance.
- A strong analytical and numerical mindset.
- The ability to turn ideas into well-founded, feasible projects and functional designs.
- Clear communication, from management to marketing, service and developers.
- Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.
