As project leader you run the daily execution of a project at a major infrastructure contractor in Noord-Holland. You are the main point of contact for the client during execution. The assignment suits someone who keeps planning, budget and safety aligned. What you will do: - You lead site managers and work planners on the project. - You monitor the planning, budget and quality of the execution. - You are the client's point of contact during execution. - You drive safety and compliance with regulations on site. - You report progress and risk to the project manager. What you bring: - You hold a technical qualification in civil engineering or construction. - You have experience as a project leader on infrastructure projects. - You lead a project team and keep an overview on site. - You communicate directly with the client, subcontractors and colleagues. - You keep making decisions under time pressure and after setbacks.
