A healthcare IT company in Noord-Brabant needs a senior business analyst and product owner for an eHealth portal and app. You have your head in IT, your heart in healthcare and an eye on what AI can do. What you will do: - Bridge business, customers, users and development, with a leading role in product development - Contribute to the product vision and roadmap and turn them into clear priorities for the teams - Turn stakeholder needs into functional requirements and specifications - Create and prioritise the product backlog and guide one or more Scrum teams - Use AI for analysis, requirements, prototyping and documentation, with careful review - Coach colleagues in responsible use of AI What you bring: - At least a bachelor degree in business administration, IT, healthcare technology or similar - At least 5 years of experience as business analyst or product owner in healthcare IT - Dutch at C2 level and good English - Broad experience with business analysis techniques and documenting requirements - Knowledge of the Dutch healthcare market - Experience with AI tools and agentic development is a plus; curiosity is expected What you get: - Salary based on a full-time week, 26 holiday days and 8.33% holiday allowance - A lease car and a EUR 500 personal budget for sport or development - A pension scheme and talent programmes - Sports during working hours on Tuesday and Thursday - Hybrid: 2 days at the office
