A digital agency in Rotterdam is hiring a Senior Digital Data Consultant. You are the strategic owner of a client portfolio across manufacturing, B2B, e-commerce and retail. You use data to decide where growth will come from and lead a team of specialists who deliver the plan. Running campaigns yourself is not part of the job. What you will do: - Set client strategy and targets, steer on them and track them all year - Lead projects with consultants and specialists in performance, UX and development - Turn analyses and dashboards into clear decisions and growth opportunities - Assess new channels on proven results - Pitch from your own point of view and onboard new clients - Build your own portfolio with measurable growth within a year What you bring: - Solid experience as a digital consultant or strategist, broad rather than tied to one channel - The ability to turn data into a decision an execution team can act on - Confidence at board level - Fluent Dutch What you get: - 40 hours, 32 hours open for discussion - Hybrid work, at least three days a week at the Rotterdam office - Bonus scheme, pension and 25 days of leave - Training budget, catered lunch and a team of experienced specialists
