An accounting firm in Barendrecht is looking for a team lead for its compilation practice. You are responsible for a broad client portfolio in the SME segment and lead a team. You make the difference for clients and colleagues. What you will do: - You are the point of contact for clients and give advice, asked and unasked. - You compile complex annual accounts. - You review the work of colleagues. - You guide team members on professional and personal development. - You safeguard the quality of the service. What you bring: - Proven experience as a team lead in a compilation practice. - A bachelor level of working and thinking. - Strong communication in Dutch and English. - You set priorities and safeguard quality.
