Team lead for interim payroll and HR professionals placed at client organisations.
A software company in the province of Utrecht has a team of interim professionals who temporarily strengthen HR and payroll departments at clients, including payroll administrators and functional application managers. For that team it is hiring a team lead. The role itself is a permanent position. You work in a hybrid setup and travel to clients.
What you will do:
- Lead the team and coach and develop the professionals.
- Steer on deployability, staffing, quality and client satisfaction.
- Discuss the required expertise with clients.
- Monitor the performance of the team.
- Spot market opportunities and contribute to the growth of the interim services.
- Work with recruitment and relationship management.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's or master's level.
- Excellent Dutch.
- Proven leadership experience in consultancy, secondment or interim services.
- A coaching leadership style and strong organisational skills.
- Willingness to travel to clients.
