A healthcare software company in Noord-Brabant is hiring a team lead for research and development in its eHealth unit. You lead several agile teams of about 19 software engineers and test specialists.
What you will do:
- Coach and develop the people in your teams through one-on-ones, performance reviews and daily support
- Steer the agile teams day to day and be the first contact for escalations
- Set and guard development and testing standards and quality norms
- Co-own the release calendar and the annual planning with product management
- Help shape the agile approach and the move towards agentic development
What you bring:
- Bachelor level (hbo), preferably with an IT component
- Experience in a lead or coordinating role in software development
- Experience with agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban or SAFe
- Experience in people management, coaching and holding development and review conversations
- Strong communication in Dutch and English
- Affinity with software development and modern development environments
