Design the UX and UI of a new B2B software platform and help build its design system.
A software company in Overijssel is hiring a UX and UI designer for 32 to 40 hours a week. You help shape the design foundations of a new platform from the start. You work hybrid and receive a home-working allowance.
What you will do:
- Design intuitive UX and appealing UI for complex B2B software and workflows
- Turn user needs and business requirements into concrete designs
- Help set up the design foundations and the design system of the new platform
- Make complicated processes clear and easy to use
- Keep quality and consistency across products
- Influence product quality and the user experience in a changing organisation
What you bring:
- A relevant bachelor or master degree
- UX and UI experience, preferably for B2B software or complex environments
- Experience in product teams that work in Agile or Scrum
- Experience with, or a clear interest in, design systems, and experience with Figma or a similar tool
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- A pragmatic approach in a constantly shifting environment
