Set the UX direction for large digital platforms, from first client question to validation.

A digital services company in North Brabant is hiring a medior UX strategist on a permanent contract. You lead the UX side of discovery and development in multidisciplinary teams, from the first client question to validation with end users. What you will do: - Uncover client needs, also when the brief gives no direction - Define UX strategies that are sound, supported by stakeholders and tested - Run discovery with workshops, design sprints and co-creation, and create wireframes and prototypes that tell the story - Set the research approach and guard its quality, both qualitative and quantitative - Base decisions on data, research and user insights - Coach junior UX colleagues and spot follow-up work What you bring: - At least 5 years of experience building solutions for websites and apps - 2 to 3 years of experience running digital strategy end to end - Experience turning business goals into KPIs and leading workshops - Experience in multidisciplinary teams and in developing junior colleagues - Excellent Dutch and English What you get: - A permanent contract at medior level - Room to develop your talents, in a culture built on entrepreneurship, personal responsibility and learning - A base in the creative UX team
