Azure Data Architect, Eindhoven, permanent
A data and BI consultancy in Eindhoven is hiring a permanent Azure Data Architect. You design the data platforms that the team of data engineers and BI specialists builds for clients.
Stack: Azure, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, Power BI.
What you will do:
- Design data architectures using Kimball and the medallion architecture
- Advise clients on choosing between Databricks, Fabric and Azure services
- Build security, governance and data quality into the design
- Guide data engineers technically during the build
- Turn business questions into a scalable platform
What we ask:
- Bachelor or master degree in computer science or a related field
- At least 5 years in data engineering or data architecture
- Broad experience with Azure data platforms, Databricks or Microsoft Fabric
- Dimensional modelling and data warehousing
- Explaining technical choices clearly to non-technical clients
- Good Dutch and English
