A data and BI consultancy in Eindhoven is hiring a permanent GenAI Engineer to build AI applications for clients. Stack: Python or C#/.NET, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Microsoft Foundry. What you will do: - Turn client questions into working AI applications, or into plain software when that fits better - Build AI agents and applications that help staff find information or get work done - Build RAG that retrieves company information and shows traceable sources - Integrate AI into existing systems through APIs and connectors, respecting access rights - Set up tests for answer quality and executed actions - Set up deployment and monitoring, including usage costs - Decide which actions an agent may take on its own and which need approval What we ask: - Bachelor or master degree, preferably computer science, AI or data science - At least 2 years in software development, data engineering or AI engineering - Maintainable code in Python or C#/.NET, with APIs, Git and automated testing - Built an application on language models, including tests and known limits - Good Dutch, working in English - Nice to have: Azure, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Copilot Studio, Fabric What we offer: - 3,500 to 6,000 euro gross per month, depending on experience - 25 holidays, pension and mobility budget - Your choice of laptop and phone - Personal training budget - Hybrid work from an office next to the station
