A software company in Zuid-Holland is growing its subscription products. It hires a growth and market expert who knows where the next growth is. What you will do: - Combine market data, customer insight and commercial results into a sharp view of where growth sits per segment - Advise proposition management, marketing and sales on target group, positioning, price and market approach before they choose - Make sure a launch fits the proposition, customer journey, sales and onboarding, and collect the lessons afterwards - Tell the value story per target group and find the common thread What you bring: - At least 5 years of experience where market, proposition and go-to-market meet - Thinking in funnels, conversion, acquisition cost, customer lifetime value, adoption and churn - The habit of making commercial assumptions explicit and testable - The skill to translate complex expertise, technology and AI into what it gives a customer - Fluent Dutch, written and spoken - Knowledge of legal, tax or professional services is a plus, and can be learned on the job What you get: - A good base salary and a 36-hour week - A year-end bonus of 4% - 23 holiday days and a personal choice budget of 12% - A pension scheme, travel allowance and a bike plan - Hybrid working, two office days a week, Tuesday and Thursday
