A software company in Zuid-Holland needs a Head of Operations. You get a broad scope of about 30 people: IT, Data, Program Management, Compliance and Facilities. You join a new management team and lay the foundation for a fast-growing organisation. What you will do: - Take over the IT team and bring it together with Data, Program Management, Compliance and Facilities in one organisation - Bring structure where projects have stalled and make clear what the company does and does not focus on - Build dashboards and reporting structures that show what is going on - Design the processes and governance that fit a platform organisation - Contribute to the culture change that comes with the transformation and report to the VP Commerce & Operations What you bring: - Extensive experience in an operational leadership role, preferably in an organisation in transformation - A proven record of leading diverse teams, with IT, Data or Program Management in scope - Strong in change management - Good at dashboarding and reporting - Fluent Dutch and English What you get: - A seat in the new management team, with influence on priorities and direction - A 36-hour working week on a fixed-term contract - A fixed year-end payment of 4% and profit share of up to 6% - 23 holiday days and a personal choice budget of 12% - 3 days a week at the office, the rest wherever you work best
