Be HR partner for fast-growing content, tech and IT teams at a knowledge and software company in Zuid-Holland.
A knowledge and software company in Zuid-Holland is changing into a tech company. Its content, tech and IT teams grow fast. You become the HR partner for those teams.
What you will do:
- Be the HR partner of the content, tech and IT teams throughout the transformation.
- Guide managers and employees on all HR questions, from onboarding to development.
- Spot what is going on in the team and turn it into HR actions that work.
- Advise managers on leadership, performance and talent development.
- Contribute to the culture change that comes with this transformation.
- Work closely with HR colleagues and the head of people.
What you bring:
- Relevant HR experience, preferably in a tech or IT environment.
- An understanding of fast-growing teams, and experience advising managers on leadership and teamwork.
- Experience with performance management, set up in a practical way.
- Experience building a salary structure or similar HR framework.
- Affinity with culture programmes and leadership programmes.
- Fluent Dutch and English.
What you get:
- 36 hours per week, three days a week at the office, the rest where you work best.
- A fixed year-end bonus of 4 percent and profit sharing of up to 6 percent.
- 23 holiday days and a personal choice budget of 12 percent.
