An insurer in South Holland is hiring a motor claims handler for 32 to 40 hours a week. You handle motor vehicle damage claims from start to finish and decide within the guidelines. You work in a hybrid setup.
What you will do:
- Handle motor vehicle claims from start to finish
- Stay in contact with policyholders, intermediaries and experts
- Assess claims and decide within the current guidelines
- Process the administration accurately and on time
- Help improve working methods and processes
- Work with several systems side by side during the temporary move to a new administration system
