A B2B SaaS scale-up in Utrecht needs a product designer for one of its most complex product areas. The area has had little UX attention so far. You help build the design system and a way of working that runs on evidence, within a fast release cycle. What you will do: - Write design briefs and design in Figma using the design system - Flag gaps in the design system to the design system team - Scope problems with the product manager and the tech owner, including discovery interviews - Run user tests and interviews to validate direction before handoff - Make well-argued design decisions for both new and expert users - Support development and take part in UX critiques What you bring: - At least 5 years designing complex B2B or SaaS products - End-to-end ownership of problems, including your own discovery and validation - Experience designing for both novice and expert users - Expert level in Figma and design systems, plus strong stakeholder management - Knowledge of logistics, planning or ERP and of product analytics is a plus What you get: - Salary based on experience, 8% holiday allowance and a bonus of up to a full 13th month - 25 holiday days, plus an extra day for each year of service from year two - A 4-week sabbatical after 5 years - Pension and an annual training budget - Flexible home working and 4 weeks a year working from anywhere
