Internal senior HR business partner coaching managers across several business lines, hybrid.
A software company in the province of Utrecht is strengthening its HR and recruitment team of 6 colleagues with a senior HR business partner. You work in a hybrid setup, with 3 office days a week and occasional days at other offices.
What you will do:
- Coach and advise managers from several business lines on performance, development, absence and terms of employment.
- Develop the onboarding process.
- Guide HR projects on organisational development, core values, leadership initiatives and improving HR processes.
- Analyse employee satisfaction surveys and turn the results into actions.
- Spot HR trends and explore how AI can be used in HR processes.
- Support personnel administration where needed.
What you bring:
- Bachelor's level of thinking and working, preferably in an HR field.
- At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an HR business partner or in a comparable senior HR role.
- Solid knowledge of Dutch employment law.
- Excellent Dutch and English.
- Experience in a fast-changing organisation.
