Senior Java Engineer or Tech Lead for a custom software company.
A custom software company builds applications for clients in several sectors, from analysis to maintenance. It needs a senior Java engineer who can also lead. You own client projects, guide the developers and write part of the code yourself.
What you will do:
- Own and deliver several client projects from start to finish.
- Talk to clients directly about scope, planning and technical choices.
- Lead front-end and back-end developers.
- Write part of the code and review the work of others.
- Weigh security and performance from the start.
- Set up deployments with Docker in CI pipelines, on cloud or a virtual private server.
What you bring:
- Strong experience with Java and Spring.
- Knowledge of Hibernate, REST and Git.
- Experience with PostgreSQL or a comparable database.
- Experience leading developers is a plus.
- Clear communication with clients and colleagues.
