A fast-growing e-commerce company in Noord-Brabant needs a senior UX and UI designer for its web app and mobile app. You join a QA team with other designers,. The work is serious, with room for humour. What you will do: - Design new projects, features and redesigns of the web app and mobile app - Translate the wishes of product owners and stakeholders into user-friendly solutions - Research user needs and help set up and run user testing - Define the structure of responsive pages and apps with your colleagues - Guard quality and consistency by reviewing the team's work and present ideas convincingly to stakeholders What you bring: - At least 7 years of proven experience as a UX and UI designer for web applications - Extensive experience with Figma or similar tools; Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus - Strong stakeholder management and skill in gathering needs - Good collaboration with Development, Product Owners, Software Testers and management - Affinity with AI in UX processes - Fluent Dutch, spoken and written What you get: - A contract of 32 to 40 hours per week - Salary based on experience, 8% holiday allowance, travel costs and pension - 25 paid holiday days, 28 in 2026 as a one-off - Partly working from home - An annual development plan, shared lunch and Friday afternoon drinks
