An online retailer in Noord-Brabant is hiring a UX team lead. You are responsible for the quality of the user experience of its websites and apps, and you lead a small team of UX designers. What you will do: - Own the quality of the user experience across websites and apps - Set the direction of the UX vision and make decisions on UX strategy - Research user needs and analyse user behaviour - Develop and guard UX processes, design principles and quality standards - Coach the UX designers in their daily work and their craft - Work closely with product owners, development, testers and management What you bring: - At least 7 years of proven experience in UX or product design - Broad experience with user research, usability testing, customer journeys, wireframing and prototyping - Experience with a common design tool - Experience coaching or leading designers - The nerve to decide, set priorities and take stakeholders along - Affinity with AI in UX work - Fluent Dutch, written and spoken What you get: - A salary in line with your experience, 8% holiday pay, travel allowance and pension - 25 paid holiday days, with the option to take unpaid days - 32 to 40 hours a week and partly working from home - A personal development plan, a shared lunch and Friday drinks
