A manufacturer in South Holland is hiring a data management specialist for its data competence center. You make data quality part of daily work and keep data and KPI definitions sharp. You work full-time and hybrid, four days at the office. What you will do: - Analyse datasets on a modern data platform and develop ways to measure data quality - Turn findings into improvement initiatives, then track progress and report results - Maintain and improve data and KPI definitions - Advise business analysts and stakeholders on data standards, governance and quality - Help teams make data quality a routine part of their work - Work with architects and data and analytics engineers What you bring: - A bachelor or master degree, ideally in information management, computer science or data science - 2 to 5 years of experience with data governance, data quality, data definitions or KPI management - Knowledge of modern data platforms, preferably the one used here - Strong analytical skills and excellent stakeholder communication - Fluent English What you get: - An open culture with regular feedback and appreciation - 27 days of leave, with the option to add 13 days through working time reduction - Flexible hours, a pension where the employer pays most of the premium, and a bicycle scheme - A sports allowance and a well-being programme - Free fruit, a healthy lunch and an employee discount
