A manufacturing company with about 550 employees in Zuid-Holland needs an HR business partner. You advise managers in R&D, Quality and Finance and work in a small HR team with short lines of communication. You have plenty of room to work independently. What you will do: - Advise managers on leadership, performance and team, talent and organisational development - Understand the business, spot opportunities and turn challenges into practical HR solutions - Guide recruitment and selection, including workforce planning and onboarding - Manage absence cases and advise managers on preventive absence policy - Take on projects, such as strengthening a performance culture and optimising the HR system What you bring: - 5 to 10 years of experience as an HR business partner - Bachelor or master degree; HRM or business administration is a plus - Proactive, independent and result-oriented - Analytical and commercial, with care for employees and the ability to turn HR data into action - Fluent Dutch and English What you get: - Full-time, hybrid: 4 days at the office and 1 day at home, with flexible start and finish times - 27 holiday days, with the option to buy up to 13 extra - A pension scheme where the employer pays 75% of the premium - An annual training and development budget - A sports allowance, a bicycle scheme and a healthy lunch in the company restaurant
