An IT secondment firm in Amsterdam is hiring an account manager. You build your own group of clients who hire IT specialists and look after the clients already in place. You work with recruiters every day, so your client's needs and the available IT professionals come together. What you will do: - Call and email new companies and win clients who hire IT professionals. - Stay in touch with existing clients and help them with their IT needs. - Agree with recruiters on the profile that fits a client. - Negotiate rates and contract terms. - Record contacts and agreements in the CRM. What you bring: - 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in B2B services. - Bachelor or master level. - Interest in the IT market. - You enjoy calling, make contact easily and work independently. - Good Dutch and English.
