Help organisations use AI responsibly, from roadmap and pilot to organisation-wide adoption.

A European transformation consultancy is hiring an AI Consultant. You work where strategy, processes, governance and technology meet, together with colleagues in data governance, change management and architecture. What you will do: - Draw up AI strategies and roadmaps, from pilot to broad adoption - Advise clients on roles, processes, data, architecture and platform choice - Lead AI engagements end to end and support the client in key decisions - Run workshops for management and staff - Build client relationships and help win new assignments What we ask: - Bachelor or master, for example AI, data science, computer science, public administration or business administration - 3 to 8 years of experience as a data scientist, AI engineer, consultant or project lead in data and AI - A track record of putting AI solutions into use in organisations, from prototype to production - Experience with a range of AI tools and LLMs - Fluent Dutch and good English What we offer: - 4,000 to 5,000 euro gross per month, plus variable pay - Pension, mobility scheme and hybrid working - Coaching by partners and ownership from day one
