Advise executives and CDOs in the public sector on data strategy, governance and the move towards AI.

A European transformation consultancy is hiring a Senior Data Strategy Consultant. Your clients are executives, directors and CDOs, mainly in the public sector. You lead engagements and help grow the practice. What you will do: - Advise executives and CDOs on data strategy, governance and the design of the data organisation - Guide organisations from solid foundations towards AI applications - Design data ownership, roles and policies for responsible data sharing - Lead programmes and projects, from data maturity to data ecosystems - Lead stakeholder workshops on definitions, ownership and quality - Win new assignments and develop the team's propositions What we ask: - Bachelor or master, for example business administration, public administration, information management or data science - 5 to 10 years of experience as a data consultant or advisor, including programme or project leadership - A commercial track record and a strong network in the public sector - Knowledge of AI and of the impact of European legislation on data - Fluent Dutch and good English What we offer: - 4,500 to 8,000 euro gross per month, plus variable pay - Pension, mobility scheme and hybrid working - Plenty of autonomy and coaching by partners
