An IT secondment firm in Amsterdam is hiring a junior account manager. You learn the trade from experienced colleagues and take over more clients step by step. A good fit if you are fresh out of school or have a few years of experience. What you will do: - Stay in touch with existing business clients and follow up on their IT needs. - Call and email new companies to introduce yourself. - Prepare conversations and join client meetings. - Work with recruiters on the right profile for a client. - Record everything in the CRM. - Learn to negotiate and close deals with guidance. What you bring: - 0 to 2 years of experience, for example in sales, recruitment or services. - Bachelor or master degree, preferably commercial or technical. - You enjoy calling and make contact easily. - You are eager to learn and take feedback seriously. - Good Dutch and English.
